Barnes & Cone is seeking a highly skilled Concrete Block Machine Operator to operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair our concrete block production equipment. This is a hands-on position requiring exceptional mechanical aptitude, strong welding and fabrication skills, and the ability to diagnose and repair industrial equipment with minimal supervision.
The ideal candidate takes pride in keeping equipment operating safely and efficiently while minimizing downtime through preventative maintenance and continuous improvement.
